By purchasing your tickets you agree to the cancellation and refund policy outlined below. 

SBJBC will not provide refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled and does not take place. If you cannot attend for any reason, you may transfer the name on your ticket to another member of your company. This substitution has to be emailed to events@sbjbc.org in advance of the event.

SBJBC reserves the right to refuse access or eject persons from the event.

If we are unable to accept your registration, SBJBC will issue a ticket refund. However, please note that this will not include the 3rd party transaction fee, equal to around ~2% of the order value.
