Minister of Commerce, Saudi Arabia
Prior to his appointment as Minister of Commerce in 2016, he had served as Acting Minister of Media and Minister of Social Affairs and Acting Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
In addition to his ministerial positions, H.E Dr. AlKassabi serves as a member of the Council for Social and Economic Development and the Strategy Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Board of various government organizations, including: The National Competitiveness Center; the Saudi Business Center; the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization; The Saudi Organization for Charted and Professional Accountants (SOCPA); and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority.
He served as Head of Private Affairs Office of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince; Director General of the Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation; Secretary General of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce; Director of a family-owned real estate and Infrastructure Company, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management (Honors) from the University of Missouri. He also holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley; and a B.A. in Civil Administration (Honors) from the University of Portland.

Lord Dominic Johnson
Minister for Investment, United Kingdom
Lord Dominic Johnson of Lainston CBE was appointed Minister of State in the Department for Business and Trade on 7 February 2023.
He was previously Minister of State (Minister for Investment) in the Department for International Trade between 24 November 2022 and 7 February 2023. He was Minister of State jointly in the Department for International Trade and the Cabinet Office between 2 October 2022 and 28 October 2022.
He has spent over 25 years in financial services, beginning his career at Robert Fleming in 1995, before moving to Hong Kong to work for Jardine Fleming and then in 2002, after a series of dot com start ups, heading the marketing for Lloyd George Asset Management – an emerging markets specialist firm. In 2007 he co-founded Somerset Capital Management LLP as an employee-owned democratic partnership, focussing on pension fund management in developing countries. Between 09 November 2022 and 02 October 2022 Dominic was a non-executive board member of the Department for International Trade. He was Chair of the department’s Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. Between 2017 and 2019 he was vice-chairman of the Conservative Party.

Dr. Eiman Al-Mutairi is currently the Vice Minister of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi

Alderman Sir William Russell
Lord Mayor Locum Tenens, City of London
William took office as the 692nd Lord Mayor of the City of London in November 2019. To ensure continuity of leadership during the current COVID-19 outbreak, he remained in office until November 2021. William’s mayoral theme was Global UK: Trade, Innovation and Culture, aiming to grow global trade, champion innovation and promote a rich and vibrant cultural and creative economy. During his mayoralty, William led the Green Horizon Summit at COP26 alongside Mark Carney, promoting the importance of Finance and the City of London to help the UK get to NetZero.
William has over thirty years’ experience in the financial and business City including holding senior positions in the national and international Banking sector. Dr Emad Abdulaziz El Dukair

Prior to joining PIF, Mr. Todd served as a Managing Director and Head of Business Development for National Commercial Bank Capital (Now Saudi
National Bank Capital). Mr. Todd was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and creating high performing organizations.

Yousef Al Rugaibah is the General Manager of Global Liquidity and Cash Management at the Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), 31% owned by HSBC group. The partnership of SAB with HSBC has been in place since 1978 and continues to thrive.
An alumni of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, he holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering and also holds an MBA from the “London Business School”.

Helen Jones

Helen is Director of Global Engagement at the Science Museum Group. The Global Engagement team works with colleagues throughout the Group to sustain and coordinate key SMG relationships in the UK and overseas. This includes, for example, with national and local government, other museums and professional organisations.
Helen’s background is in archaeology, in which she trained and practiced as a conservator for several years, latterly at the Museum of London. She moved into education, running the V&A end of a postgraduate programme for training and research in conservation in collaboration with the Royal College of Art and Imperial College. She went on to become Head of Planning at the V&A before moving to the Science Museum in 2008.
